Turkish Kangal Dogs, Living In The Same Habitat With Lions And Tigers

Those dogs certainly are tough. Iapos;m sure this is a completely sadistic Chinese zoo, but itapos;s interesting to see how these dogs manage to survive. It seems like theyapos;re the dominant pack leaders. I would bet that those Kangals were the first animals in there. The cats being introduced from birth, growing up with the dogs around. It probably wonapos;t be much of a fight though when one of the cats loses itapos;s temper. Pound for pound Iapos;d rather be attacked by a dog. Kangals are working dogs, used as guard dogs. Theyapos;re not herders like sheep dogs, they live with the livestock and their purpose is to chase off any bears or wolves that attack the flock. Livestock thieves probably wouldnapos;t mess with around either.
