He and his two passengers, 39-year-old Barbara Jean Scott and 30-year-old Jerry A. Carrasco, were pronounced dead at the scene. The video, taken by a DPS photo radar enforcement van that had been stationed along Ajo Highway just east of Ryan Airfield, shows Kane?s black Saturn had crossed entirely over into eastbound traffic, striking the bus near the shoulder of the road. The crash occurred at 6:13 a.m.Tuesday. The school bus was transporting four students and two adults to Flowing Wells High School. No serious injuries were reported on the bus, though two students were taken to area hospitals for precautionary reasons, DPS said.
