Walking In The Siberian Arctic.

This was recorded earlier this week in Norilsk. Norilsk is the northernmost city in Siberia, and the 2nd largest city above the Arctic Circle, the other being Murmansk. What's weird is that this is kind of normal walking conditions, nothing out of the ordinary. It's not even officially winter yet!
