Garbage Truck Malfunction.

This was recorded earlier this week in central Moscow. Some malfunction regarding the compact and release mechanisms on the truck caused the release of already-picked-up-garbage, resulting in the subsequent manual clean up. Lots of people were standing by to ensure that the clean up job was done right. Lots of dirty, foul, stinking garbage to pick up. Anyway, has anybody noticed that people make so much of trash ... 10 trees to chop down to make a bag to carry one's newly-purchased underwear home, and shit like that? hehehee
