Security Guard Fights A Man With Knife

This happened in Ruoholahti, Helsinki, which is not the most wanted neighborhood. Even the guard isn't a pro fighter, i think he handles the situation well. The man had caused panic at the metro station wawing his knife and harrassing bypassers, and this is the outcome. I wonder why i can't see any police around. They usually respond fast in situations like this. Last summer a similar lunatic stabbed a Dutch tourist to death in Porvoo, and cops had to shoot him in the leg to subdue him.
