Residents make citizens arrest on drunk driver

Raw video:Although this recent crash and what preceded this incident are not caught on tape the camera was rolling moments after this drunk man crashed in a residents garden.TEXT FROM SOURCE:Edmonton,Canada....Found this guy after we found him parked on the neighbours front yard. Called 911 and followed this drunk for half and hour and watched in horror as he lined people up to run them over, on the wrong side of the street.. at evening rush hour... with children everywhere! This is what I got on camera just after he crashed, we were first on the scene. It took Edmonton City Police Service 20 minutes to arrive on the scene, This guy careened passed two EPS cruisers with officers inside and they never gave chase
