Deer Crashes into Augustana College Westerlin Hall

residence hall at Augustana College got an unexpected visitor Monday morning. A young deer crashed into Westerlin Hall around 7:30 a.m. on October 19, 2015. Survelliance video shows the deer crashing through a window, slipping and trying to get its footing. Augustana spokesperson Sam Schlouch tells us it was eventually let out of the building by the Augustana custodial staff. It's believed the deer was not seriously hurt and made its way off campus.
