Sportsman dies because his parachute didn't work (Vertical)

During the base-jump festival in Dark Canyon, Erzincan, a parachute mishap ended in tragedy after American sportsman Ian Flanders' parachute cord got tangled around his leg and he plummeted into the Kara Su (Black Water) River.
