Fun With Fireworks ..... Ah, so this is how you do itA video released by the Consumer Product Safety Commission ahead of the the July 4th long weekend shows a litany of sparklers, bottle rockets and quick match fuses to maim, burn and behead mannequins to prove its point. Unfortunately the clip's sobering message is lost in its borderline humorous delivery.
