Daring Driver Cheekily Escapes Tow Truck

Witnessing cars being towed from the next-door parking lot is not an unusual sight for uploader, Tony Marengo. What is unusual about this video though, is that not only is the driver still in the car at the time, but there appears to have been no intention of going along quietly!
