So you think you can text and drive?

From the OP: I record my daily commute with a gopro stuck on the windshield. My car was on cruise control most of the time so my speed was pretty much constant, his speed was erratic which you can see with his changing position and distance between my car and his truck He was preoccupied with something and he was unable to stay in his lane for very long. I first suspected a drunk driver or some kind of medical problem, but eventually saw him holding his phone when he took an exit. He was not just holding it, he had his face pointed at his lap looking at the phone in his hands. He was typing with both hands on the phone and I'm guessing he was driving with his knees. I was preparing to call the police, but didn't have much time before he took an exit.
