Cop Attacks Cyclist - Camera Saves The Day

Sergeant Wank of the LAPD attacks a cyclist for no reason. He then turns on his camera and acts as if it is the cyclist who needs to calm down. This is how the police use their cameras in the United States. They provoke a reaction out of innocent people, turn on their cameras, then politely tell the victim they need to calm down.
