Off-duty cop shoots down armed robber in Brazil

The reason why you guys only see "off-duty cops" footages from Brazil is that due to the rigorous gun-control policies we have here, very feel people are allowed to legally own and carry firearms. Obviously the result is that only police officers can defend their lives against criminals, and violence only increases. North American people, give thanks for your rights and freedom.
