Ukraine Ship - SAM Weapons Misfire

Footage out of the Ukraine armed forces, alleging to show a SAM OSA-M misfire from the ship "Ternopil" U-209 earlier this year. The errant missile that could have literally gone anywhere, except its designated target. Note regarding possession of the vessel : Ternopil (U209) is an anti-submarine corvette of Ukrainian Navy. On March 20, 2014, the ship was captured by Russian forces during the Crimean crisis. The ship was scheduled to be handed back to Ukraine in May 2014, but today remains with Russian forces. Russia has suspended the return of Ukrainian Navy materials from Crimea to Ukraine.
