Compilation of Unreleased Robin Williams Footage Supporting US Troops During Tour of US Military Bases, and Interview

As the gruesome details of Williams' death emerge, the US Dept of Defence has released a short video compilation of Robin Williams visiting with, and performing for, US troops stationed overseas. In the footage, Williams is seen performing in front of army personnel in Kuwait, Afghanistan and Iraq, and also includes an interview in which he explains why supporting the troops was important to him. Williams hanged himself with a belt and cut his left wrist with a pocket knife in his San Francisco area home before being discovered dead by his personal assistant on Monday, Lt.
