From Wikipedia : As part of the Innerbelt Freeway rebuild, the Innerbelt bridge is being replaced by the George V Voinovich Bridges. The new westbound bridge opened and the Innerbelt Bridge was vacated in 2013, and the eastbound bridge, projected to be built in the location of the Innerbelt Bridge, is planned to open in 2016. Dismantling of the Innerbelt Bridge began January 13, 2014, and the remainder of the skeleton was imploded at dawn on July 12.
