LiveLeaker's WTF Moment - Low Rider meets Jacked Up Pickup

WTF was he thinking ? My friend and I were driving around his neighborhood on his golf cart. In Polk County Florida, jacked up pickups are very common due to all of the off-road areas in Central Florida and nearby River Ranch, Florida, a private property owners association property for off-road and hunting activities. But then, during our drive, we came across this pickup truck which looked like a cross between a low rider vehicle as usually seen in rap videos and a jacked up truck. Crazy.
