Diving with Sharks in a BIRD CAGE gets SO CLOSE to Disaster

If diving with man-eating sharks, specialist equipment is usually advised But a few mad blokes from the Gold Coast have filmed a frightening run-in with a 3m tiger shark with nothing but their "trusty" household birdcage for protection. Shaun Harrington, 27, and his twin brother Dean decided to film some extreme "cage diving" with sharks 1km off shore at Snapper Rocks on the Gold Coast (Australia) - but little did they realise how extreme it would be. Adrenaline-junkie Harrington jumped in the water with his flimsy "protection" but was soon yelling in terror. The massive shark can be seen appearing from the deep blue and darting straight toward his legs. "I thought I was going to die," Harrington said. "We were just having fun but it turned crazy."
