Strange Apocalyptic Sounds Wake Up Entire Town In Terrace, British Columbia, Canada

Is this the mighy trumpet sounding the Apocalypse, the Four Horsemen & The Return of Jesus Christ or just some local prankster blowing his elk horn? Whatever it was this unearthly noise woke up the entire town of Terrace, BC around 7 am on August 29, 2013.
