Impressive Dust Devil

A giant dust devil was captured on camera against Arizona's blue skies over the weekend. Neil Martinez uploaded this footage he captured of a dust devil in Tucson Arizona on Sunday. Although it looks like a tornado, it's not. According to the National Weather Service, a "dust devil" or whirlwind, is a small, rapidly rotating wind that is made visible by the dust, dirt or debris it picks up. It is most likely to develop on clear, dry and hot afternoons, says NWS.
