This footage was taken in Pismo Beach California on the Pacific Ocean. This RV Travel Camper being pulled by a Ford Truck tries to cross from one side of the Recreational Park to the other using the Pacific Ocean as a shortcut. Doing it all under the watchful eyes of Park Rangers. Does he make it?
