Window cleaner hangs 100ft above ground With NO Harness

A window cleaner has been captured on video cleaning windows without a safety harness. The unknown man was seen moving from window to window on the 10th floor of a block of apartments in New York City, The Mirror reports. The act was captured on film by onlookers from a nearby building. During the minute-long clip, the man can be seen cleaning windows with a brush, looking relaxed while holding on with just one hand.
