New footage of Waco Fertilizer Explosion

Video of the fertilizer plant explosion in West, Texas taken by Francisco Rodarte. This footage is a little more stable than some other existing video, and shows the severity of the blast. The blast occurred Wednesday nigh, and could be heard 45 miles away, registering as a 2.1 on the richter scale , according to the according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The explosion has leveled several blocks in the small community, including 60-70 homes, a middle school, a nursing home and an apartment building, says West mayor Tommy Mouska, who described the scene as a "war zone."
