Cops Lift NYC Taxi to Free Trapped ManA taxi cab ran over a pedestrian at East 138th Street and Brown Place in the South Bronx early Sunday morning, trapping him underneath. NYPD officers who arrived at the scene lifted the cab so that the man could be removed and taken to the hospital, where he remains in critical condition.
