Semi crashes into cruiser

The Iowa State Patrol has released video of just how dangerous Iowa's roads were during December's blizzard. Troopers and the Iowa National Guard had to rescue dozens of stranded motorists. In the video above a trooper is about to get out of his car to help a woman on Interstate 80 near Williamsburg.
